Comb Honey
Regular price
$22.00
We love comb honey. Just as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. Honey in the purest form, fresh from the bees. This year, we have sourced this gorgeous gallberry honey from Georgia. New Jersey's lack of forage makes producing comb honey in any volume a challenge. But you shouldn't miss out. The comb is tender; the honey has a lovely light amber hue, a rich aroma and a mild flavor. Gallberry is slow to crystallize, so if it lasts, you can use it on a holiday cheeseboard. Odds are that it won't. $20 for a 10 oz. slab. Packed in a clear plastic box.Â
